What OptoStrand Does
Each OptoStrand fiber glows with UV-C light along its entire length. Connect one end to a UV-C light source, and the whole fiber lights up — delivering germ-killing UV-C to whatever surface it touches.
The fibers are thin and flexible — wrap them, thread them, lay them flat. Put them wherever contamination is a problem. Need more coverage? Add more fibers. It scales as simply as that.

The Fiber
OptoStrand fibers come in custom lengths, sold by the meter. Lay them across surfaces, wrap them around equipment, thread them through tight spaces — whatever your application needs. Most setups use multiple fibers to cover the full area.

Need a light source? We offer a compact UV-C light engine that powers OptoStrand fibers right out of the box. Already have your own UV-C LEDs? The fibers work with those too. Use ours or build your own setup.
